Delivery

The delivery is performed by Speedy – courier company, to the address of the recipient for the territory of Republic of Bulgaria, or it is delivered to an office of Speedy.

For orders worth less than 25.56 EUR to inhabited place on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria the delivery price is 3.07 EUR.
For orders worth more than 25.56 EUR to inhabited place on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria the delivery is free of charge.

The prices are valid from 14th February 2025.

 
If you wish to pay through bank transfer and to get an invoice, please follow the given instruction below on the menu “ Payment”
 
1. In “STEP 4 – Delivery Method” in the field for cash on delivery, select “ NO”
2. In “STEP 5 – Payment Method “ an option will appear – “ Bank Transfer”.
3. Use the field for free text found under option “ Bank Transfer” to enter the company data, for which you wish the invoice to be issued.
4. On confirming the order, the data needed for bank transfer will be given/ come out.
5. Please in the transfer, send only the amount needed for purchasing goods, excluding the courier service charge.
 
If you wish to pay by cash on delivery and to receive an invoice, please follow the instructions given below on the menu “Payment“:
 
1. In “STEP 4 – Delivery Method” in the field for cash on delivery, select “YES“.
2. In “STEP” 5 – Method of payment” please use the field for free text under option “ Speedy – cash on delivery” to enter the data of the company which to be issued an invoice as in this way you will receive a cash receipt as well.
